Malik Riaz to build world's 3rd largest mosque in Karachi
Bahria Town chairman Malik Riaz on Wednesday announced to build world’s third largest mosque in Karachi.
According to Malik Riaz this would be world’s third largest mosque after Masjid al-Haram and Masjid-e-Nabvi.
The mosque would accommodate around 800,000 people whereas the mosque would also include an Islamic centre which would issue degrees to the students. Quran Academy will also be established within the premises of the mosque which would home ancient and rare scriptures of Holy Quran.
Map for the mosque is sketched by Nayyar Ali Dada whereas high quality material from across the world would be used to construct the mosque.
Malik has already accomplished to build world’s seventh largest mosque in Bahria Town, Lahore.
