Bahria Town Karachi Announced Possession of Residential and Commercial Plots
Bahria Town has achieved another milestone in the real estate and
housing sector of Pakistan. It has announced to give possession on 1st march 2015 of
residential and commercial plots to the allotees within 8 months of
start of development work.
Precinct1 (Residential Plots) and Midway Commercial
(Commercial Plots) has been completed development. Take the possession

It is generally levied at a flat rate of 10% but the tax rates vary, depending on the province. Property tax is levied at progressive rates in the Punjab province. In the province of Sindh, property tax is levied at a flat rate of 20% on the annual rental value of the land and building.
