Transfer Procedure and Bahria Town Karachi Transfer Fees Detail

Transfer has been opened in Bahria Town Karachi with effect from 24 March 2014 and now allottees can sell their file to prospective buyers and transfer on their names. The transfer process is quite convenient in Bahria Town and all you need is half an hour to get over with the process. Following are the revised transfer fees for Bahria Town Karachi: -

Residential Plots:

• 125 Square Yards: PKR 16,000/-
• 250 Square Yards: PKR 27,500/-
• 500 Square Yards: PKR 37,500/-
• 1000 Square Yards: PKR 67,500/-
• 2000 Square Yards: PKR 165,000/-

Commercial Plots:

• 125 Square Yards: PKR 95,000/-
• 200 Square Yards: PKR 155,000/-
• 250 Square Yards: PKR 175,000/-

Bahria Homes:

• 125 Square Yards: PKR 32,500/-
• 200 Square Yards: PKR 37,500/-

Bahria Apartments:

• 2 Bedroom (950 Square Feet): PKR 22,500/-
• 3 Bedroom (2250 Square Feet): PKR 50,000/-
• 4 Bedroom (2950 Square Feet): PKR 67,500/-

Documents Required for the Transfer

• Original Customer Copy of Booking Form
• NDC (No Objection Certificate; applied for by the allottee at least 24 hours before transfer)
• Original deposit slip of transfer fee deposited in NIB Bank A/C No 13106339
• Original deposit slips of all payments
• Original & photocopies of CNIC of seller and buyer
• 3 current passport size photographs of buyer and seller

Please remember physical presence of seller is a MUST while buyer can depute someone as his representative with a valid authority on a stamp paper. Bahria Town does not accept whatsoever Power of Attorney of seller if he is present in Pakistan. If the seller is abroad, Power of Attorney is routed through respective Pakistan Embassy and Foreign Office Islamabad. Moreover, such Power of Attorney is only valid for six months.
If you are unable to confirm your balloting status online, then please visit your nearest Bahria Town Office physically to reconfirm the balloting status as there could be some error in your case. If unsuccessful status is reconfirmed, then you should get “Refund Form” from Bahria Town Office, fill it and submit for refund which will be given to you within three months as promised by Bahria Town.
Successful applicants will receive an Intimation Letter or Provisional Allotment Letter on their given postal address within approximately one month which will also spell out complete schedule of payments including due date of first installment which is expected in two or three months.
