Transfer has been opened in Bahria Town Karachi
with effect from 24 March 2014 and now allottees can sell their file to prospective buyers and transfer on their names. The
transfer process is quite convenient in Bahria Town and all you need is half an hour to get over with the process. Following are the revised transfer fees for Bahria Town Karachi: -
If you are unable to confirm your balloting status online, then please visit your nearest Bahria Town Office physically to reconfirm the balloting status as there could be some error in your case. If unsuccessful status is reconfirmed, then you should get “Refund Form” from Bahria Town Office, fill it and submit for refund which will be given to you within three months as promised by Bahria Town.
Successful applicants will receive an Intimation Letter or Provisional Allotment Letter on their given postal address within approximately one month which will also spell out complete schedule of payments including due date of first installment which is expected in two or three months. We are trying to procure the schedule of payments which we will inshahallah upload on our website as well.

- Original Customer Copy of Booking Form
- NDC (No Objection Certificate; applied for by the allottee at least 24 hours before transfer)
- Original deposit slip of transfer fee deposited in NIB Bank A/C No 13106339
- Original deposit slips of all payments
- Original & photocopies of CNIC of seller and buyer
- 3 current passport size photographs of buyer and seller
