The Bahria Town Karachi World's Largest Masjid is being designed with Islamic and Mughal
style architecture, and draws inspiration from the masajid in Turkey,
Malaysia, Iran, UAE and Kuwait. It has a state-of-the-art Islamic
Research Centre, Islamic Museum, Islamic Cultural Centre and an
International University. It also features a state-of-the-art thermal
powerhouse, best air-conditioning and water supply systems.
The masjid will have the capacity to accommodate 800,000 namazis.
